Installing a Bulkhead Door in Simsbury, CT

This homeowner in Simsbury, CT initially called us hoping that we could help him with his home. He had a mold problem and had no ventilation in his attic. When our Home Comfort Specialist came out to the home, he sat down with the homeowner to go over their comfort issues. The homeowner stated that he wanted to replace his bulkhead door, in part due to issues they were having in their basement. 

We were able to help this customer. We installed a beautiful new bulkhead door. This bulkhead door needed to be custom-ordered due to the size of the opening from the original door. Upon installing, we caulked around the edges and installed flashing behind the door to ensure a tight fit. Now, this homeowner has a new, beautiful bulkhead door that will look nice for years to come!
