Dr. Energy Saver’s Past Customer Reach Out program is a great way to rekindle communication with your previous clients; providing them with a free and beneficial home improvement service. Since you are genuinely concerned about them and their well-being, they will be excited to recommend you to their friends.

We build a custom Energy Ambassador program for you, based on how you would like to communicate with your past customers. We assign you to your own Dr. Energy Saver account representative, who will help you get started and then provide you with ongoing support.
By phone – We provide you with a script to follow while calling your previous clients. In addition to the script, we provide you with answers to the most frequently asked questions about the program. If necessary, your Dr. Energy Saver account rep is readily available upon short notice to:
By mail - We provide you with a post card to mail directly to your customer, customized specifically for your needs. The mailing can be handled any number of ways:
By Email – We provide you with an email marketing piece featuring a description of our energy services, which will be customized by you to carry the message that you want to deliver to your customer along with your own contact information. As always, your Dr. Energy Saver account representative will be at the ready to provide you with any marketing support necessary.
By Dr. Energy Saver – If you would prefer to have us provide a complete solution, we will be more than happy to work with you. We can work your contact list of past customers, in your name, by putting together a specific plan, approved by you, to reach out to them.
Provided that your broker has authorized us to do so, we pay a $25.00 referral fee to you for each of your past customers who receive our energy evaluation - which is a free, no-strings-attached, highly informative, home comfort check-up. It’s our way of saying thank you!
