This homeowner in Sheffield, MA called us when his basement had a water issue. He had a small, inadequate sump pump. Unfortunately, it was unable to stop the water in his basement, and he knew he needed something more. So, our Home Comfort Specialist came out to see his basement.

This customer in Torrington, CT called us hoping to get help with her apartment. The previous tenant had a bad leak in the bathroom that had been patched, but not fully resolved, with it leaking consistently for at least one year. When she moved in 6 years later, she stated that the floor was "mushy", and she suspected she had a bad mold issue. She got it tested utilizing a local company, and they found that the bathroom was covered in mold. There were mold spores throughout the apartment, and they even were in her child's nursery. We were able to help this customer! We started by ripping out the moldy floor and removing the tub. We additionally removed the drywall on the bottom parts of the walls, which had mold. Once everything was torn out, we removed the mold using our Mold-X2 Cleaner & Botanical treatments. Mold-X2 Cleaner effectively eliminates mold and mildew stains on contact.
