Communication from this company is outstanding. They kept me informed every step of the job.  Brendan came in and did a full house energy audit with heat sensitive camera. I having worked for the gas company for 20 years thought I knew a thing or two about heat. Apparently I had more to learn. Cant express how enlightening this was and how happy I am that I called them. 1. When we first bought the house we packed insulation in between the joists around the sill in the basement. They showed us how black and filthy it had become. It had been acting like a filter for all the air coming into the house. Hot air up and cold air in... 2. I also am surprised at how low the price was to seal up the sill with the spray foam. It is definitely quieter down there, less road noise, can't wait until heating season to see the performance on our bill.  Justin was learning his new role with the company. He was very professional.  They took the time to clean off their boots before coming in and they cleaned up after they completed the job. Both men were professional when speaking to me, no issue being home alone with them in the house.  I would definitely have them back to my home.

Customer Service is not a lost art! 1st spoke in person at Franklin Co. Home Show.  Brendan was knowledgeable and patiently answered my questions.  Very professional!  Calm and assuring even when things didn't go exactly as planned.  I expected a bigger mess so I was pleasantly surprised how well they cleaned up.  Brendan's customer service.  Your fees were higher than others but some people still believe good customer service and good workmanship is worth the money.
