I had an energy audit and was aware of the condition of the home.  Took the time to go over a solution of a problem rather than just selling services.  Bath vents were not vented to the outside and instead were venting against the roof. These were taken care of.

How important air sealing is in the attic and the basement rim joist.  Not really, I thought I just needed more insulation in my attic.

That the previous company led me to believe they did everything I needed.  In fact, I was shown all the areas that were still leaking heat! Josh, Justin and Sabian were very professional and friendly! They always made sure I knew what was going on and answered my questions promptly. I even got called ma'am which is not very common up here!  Hopefully, I'm all set now!
