Removing Mold in a Bathroom in Torrington, CT

This customer in Torrington, CT called us hoping to get help with her apartment. The previous tenant had a bad leak in the bathroom that had been patched, but not fully resolved, with it leaking consistently for at least one year. When she moved in 6 years later, she stated that the floor was "mushy", and she suspected she had a bad mold issue. She got it tested utilizing a local company, and they found that the bathroom was covered in mold. There were mold spores throughout the apartment, and they even were in her child's nursery. She and her landlord were looking to get the bathroom ripped out, the mold removed, and a new bathroom floor, walls, and fixtures put in. 

We were able to help this customer! We started by ripping out the moldy floor and removing the tub. We additionally removed the drywall on the bottom parts of the walls, which had mold.
