This homeowner called us to help them waterproof their basement! They were having concerns with one part of their basement always flooding during heavy rain. During the last rainstorm before our installation, they collected FIVE buckets of water attempting to keep the basement dry. Our team went out and installed our WaterGuard basement waterproofing system, with a Sump Pump to help ensure this basement stays dry for these homeowners.

Beginning our demo/insulation removed!

Here you can see we have removed the fiberglass insulation panels from the basement walls, and are getting ready to dig out our trench!

Cleanspace Liner Installed over the WaterGuard!

Clean Space liner is installed over the WaterGuard pipe, and backfill of stone. Cleanspace is a heavy, durable liner like a pool liner! Clean Space stops water vapor, and aids the WaterGuard system in working to keep this basement dry!

Installing our WaterGuard!

Here you can see we have fully dug out our trench, and we are installing our WaterGuard system. This is a drainpipe installed in that trench along the basement floor perimeter. WaterGuard is specifically designed for basement waterproofing. WaterGuard drains the water from the walls, footing wall joint, and from under the floor and takes it away to our SumpPump system we will be installing next!

Installing Concrete over the WaterGuard!

Here you can see one of our production installers putting concrete over the WaterGuard system to lock it into place, and get these homeowners one step close to a dry basement!

Outside trench and drainage!

Here you can see we have dug out a trench in the backyard, and have begin installing our discharge and drainage pipes. This is how we ensure the water does not pool up in your backyard!

Discharge pipe

Here you can see where out discharge pipe is installed that will filter this water out of the basement. It connects to Sump Pump, and works in conjunction with the WaterGuard system!

Installed Sump Pump and Foamax Insulation Panels!

Here you can see we have installed our Sump Pump SuperSump system, which will pump the water from this basement out through our discharge and drainage pipe. The WaterGuard system will work by carrying any water that gets into the basement to the Sump Pump, and is will exit the home! Next we'll show how we handle the water navigation from the outside so it does not pool up in your backyard! You can also see we have installed our Foamax insulation wall panels to help control the temperature, energy bills, and keep this basement nice and insulated! Foamax is an energy efficient thermal insulation foam board made from polyiso!
