The Dr. Energy Saver crew was excellent! They were congenial, warm, friendly, and polite.

The previous Building Science Expert did not recommend this service when they insulated my attic. I want to mention that the previous "Expert" worked for Dr. Energy Saver under a different name. The new Owner/Production Manager knows what needs to be done.  This work could have/probably should have been done when the attic was insulated 18 months ago. Mike and Josh came out on Wednesday to inspect the attic for the problem. They made recommendations, gave me an estimate and co-ordinated the job to be done on Friday (2 days before Christmas, mind you). They showed up on time, performed the job as described and cleaned up before they left. Thanks again, Josh & Mike!

Company was very prompt call back and I was very pleased with phone scheduling; quick response from sales person and evaluation. Staff is very polite and explained everything in thorough detail. After speaking to the office staff and salesman, I felt i made the right choice, Excellent Work!

We decided to select Dr Energy when we met Mike to discuss the best resolutions to our moisture problem. He was professional, knowledgeable and NOT pushy. We have a few areas of concern and discussed which of the concerns were highest on our list. We first decided to replace our sump pump, which was a shallow open pit, with standing water in it, with a fully enclosed sump system that was totally encased. We also found our dehumidifier was far short of dehumidifying our house, so Mike suggested a whole house dehumidifier/air filter. In addition, we had major air leaks around the rim joyce and Mike said we were getting a lot of humidity from those areas, and recommended a foam insulator to be sprayed in.The service team that came were Brett, Billy, and Hunter.They worked together like a well oiled machine. Brett was the Crew chief. Hunter started by covering all areas to protect them from spraying the foam. As they did certain parts of the job, Brett and Billy explained to me what they were doing, and how with the changes they were making, would be so beneficial to our dampness and health concerns.  Billy, when he did the spray in foam, he took his time and made sure every nook and cranny was completely filled with foam.  They were very immaculate making sure the entire area was returned to the same condition as when they arrived.  With additional work remaining to be done, without hesitation we will have them do additional work for us.
