I am very satisfied with the service I received from Dr. Energy Saver. The crew was very efficent, and courtious. They did a wonderful job cleaning up and even vaccumned when they were done. The sales team was wonderful providing a thurough presentation and addressed all of my questions in a timley manner. Customer service throught the company was terrific.

Was extremely happy with Brendon, super nice.  Only person she had a cell phone number for and was very pleased with his handling of her 9:30 pm call when she had a problem with her heat.

The attic looks space age, it looks great, secure and tight. The guys were really nice and polite and cleaned up after themselves. They worked on the foam around the edges in the basement today and that looks really good too!

The previous Building Science Expert did not recommend this service when they insulated my attic. I want to mention that the previous "Expert" worked for Dr. Energy Saver under a different name. The new Owner/Production Manager knows what needs to be done.  This work could have/probably should have been done when the attic was insulated 18 months ago. Mike and Josh came out on Wednesday to inspect the attic for the problem. They made recommendations, gave me an estimate and co-ordinated the job to be done on Friday (2 days before Christmas, mind you). They showed up on time, performed the job as described and cleaned up before they left. Thanks again, Josh & Mike!

The crew gave a good explanation of the work and they are friendly too! Dr Energy Saver of East Granby gave a good presentation of the work that was needed and what had to be done. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

The installation crew put in an unbelievable amount of time and extra effort to do the job well.  I am very pleased with the work - could not be happier. I will use this company again.
