Residential Installer - (Home Energy Retrofit/Insulation/Doors/Windows)

We are a growing home improvement company seeking an experienced Residential Installer with a background in the Home Comfort, Energy and Insulation field.  The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with home energy, insulation, windows, doors, and can work independently or lead a small crew.  This is a full-time, year-round position for skilled individuals only.

What You’ll Do:

• Energy retrofit
  • Air sealing
  • Insulation (attic, basements, crawl spaces, walls, garage, ductwork, ice damming)
  • Reduce moisture and mold
  • Upgrade inefficient windows and exterior doors
• Finished carpentry / rough carpentry

Pay & Benefits:

• $20.00 - $25.00/hour (based on experience)
• Overtime available
• Full-time, year-round work

Requirements:

• 2+ years of residential installation experience required
• 2+ years of carpentry experience preferred
• You must have a valid drivers license
• You must have reliable transportation
• You must have basic tools
