Our sales representatives work hard and get rewarded with excellent pay.  This role is entirely commission based, offering a lucrative compensation plan based on your sales performance.  You’ll have the opportunity to earn a competitive commission on every sale you make, with no caps on your potential earnings ranging from over $50,000 - $100,000.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Follow defined sales procedures for all Waterproofing calls
• Maintain detailed records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM software
• Work with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless project execution
• Meet or exceed established sales targets

Prerequisites include:

•  A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• 3 years of sales experience (construction, home improvement, or waterproofing) preferred
• Ability to inspect crawl spaces, basements, and exterior foundations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 Job Type & Hours:

Full Time/Commission

• Average 40 hours per week
• Weekend work, as required, to follow-up on sales leads, attend trade shows and self-generate leads.
