Problem:
This home was in the middle of being built and the homeowners wanted to make sure everything was fully insulated before they created the home. This way they didn't have to go back after and remodel the house down the line. We got hired to work on the Attic. This wasn't a normal attic. there were sides touching part of the rooms and there were sides touching skylights
Solution:
The solution we came up with was to fully cover up the sides of the attic with SilverGlo foamax foam boards. We used spray foam on the rim joists to ensure the edges are all covered up and no air will sneak through it.
The home will be now well insulated and will keep in all the air they want and will not let in any air they do not want.
